Dance Local Strategy Sessions offer you the opportunity to shift obstacles into opportunities. 

Each session is with Chasta Hamilton, a seasoned thought leader who understands and studies the dance business, consumer behavior, local ownership, industry consolidation, marketing, retention, and the cultural issues facing dance, dance education, and adjacent industries. 

Strategy sessions include:

• Pre-session questionnaire 

• 60-minute strategy session

• Specific identification of the issue 

• 3-5 prioritized recommendations

• Written 30-day action plan

• Follow-up email
